i have no idea how to curl it. i tried it, and it looks like a mess. i have boob-length straight hair, that's layered.
how do you get all of your hair? what if they're still strands at the bottom? how do you get the curls to stay?

Okay, so i was thinking of all the ways i curl my own hair, it depends on your hair type first off, some peoples hair just is not equiped with the skill of curling, but no worries....although you may find it gross, hair always curls better when dirty, so if you plan on curling your hair then take a shower one night and then do not shower the next, or if you do, put your hair up and dont get it wet, never curl your hair with lots of chemicals because thats a sure way of damaging your hair more than you plan to in the first place. Then ya its okay to put some moose in your hair gives it a nice layer so the curl goes in just perfect, start section by section, for example, put your hair in a clip and take out a little at a time curl the bottom and then bring some down as you go, make sure to hair spray as you go so the curls dont fall out. after your done, Myself i like to put some spritzer so it smells good and gives it a more glossy look....any other questions im happy to help.How to curl hair with a curling iron?

i have the same hair as you, but choppier.
and when i curl my hair i do this.
first, i let my hair get dirty for a day or two.
that way it holds better.
then i take a 1 1/2 inch barrel curler and put it on high
i divid the sections of my hair and start from the bottom and work my way to the top
one by one, i take a strand of hair (how wide is up to you) and put it in the curling iron
when wrapping it around, you want to amke sure no hair is lapping over eachother
idk. it just works out :D
you could put them in braids at night,
then in the morning put some moosee on them.
that should work out.
because curling them with a curling iron,
and no hairspray or gel then they wont stay.
bed head products or herbal essences will also help,
all of that is at walmart. (:
just choose somee curly hair.
