I didnt use hair spray or anything like that.. i have herbal essense hair spray but that doesnt work to well.. what should i use to make it stay before i curl my hair?

Just try new sprays and creams, I guess. I have the same problem, yesterday I curled my hair, layed down on the couch, got back up and my hair was straight again.
