there is a really gd cold hair curling tutorial on youtube by MICHELLE PHAN she uses paper bags in wet hair to get really nice spiral curls

wet your hair
rip up an old tee shirt or just get some kind of rags
twist your hair around the rags and tie at the end
leave for the night or hair dry
take them out in the morning or when you have dried them and run gel through them
they will look great especially since you already have curly hair
