hairspray it before you put the curling iron on it and after but dont use too much because it will tighten your hair too much sometimes. and try putting a curling mosse or a hairspray for tresamae' because their products are great
Before you curl it with a curling iron you need to spray it down with hairspray and then after you curl it put some rollers in your hair you can get them cheap at Target!

You should spray it with a holding spray like spritz before or after curling it.
For sleep u need to buy a silk cap from the beauty supply and sleep in it, it'll prevent ur hair from getting frizzy and messing up, but in order to avoid flattening them, you need to avoid sleeping on it, U can try sleeping on ur stomach, pain (or a little discomfort) is beauty lol = ]
