if its wet you could blow it dry and maybe straighten it a little just to make it smooth and then curl it

(grab piece by piece)
and curl it with the curling iron.

yeah, use a large iron, or tonight use large, or even small rollers, this will give it more of a curl rather then a wave, so yeah.

I would say curl it with a curling iron in layers.
use some damage protector spray while its wet,
and hairspray of coarse.

seperate into like 5 layers and curl each section while puttin hairspray in while you go.
or you could try straightening it first..then curl it.
put anti frizz spray in her hair and us curling iron and when you put the hair on curly iron make sure it not all in one place and that it is on the whole iron and pull it out diagonally
