How to curl afro hair without curling irons?

Becuase the heat wouldn't be very good for my little sisters hair as she has afro hair but its not curly at all!

It's kinda straight.

She wants it curly

how can i curl it with mousse

and could you reccomend a mousse which i should buy.How to curl afro hair without curling irons?
1. get 2 little squares of toilet paper

2. wrap them into a tube

3. put mousse in a small section of the hair

4. twirl it around the toilet paper, and once you reach the scalp, twist the end of the toilet paper together.

5. repeat this until you finish all of her hair

6. spray it all with hairspray

7. and to set the curls, you can blow with a blow-dryer for a minute or two

ive done this before and it looks super nice :]How to curl afro hair without curling irons?
Hi,

I had natural hair for a long time and it is very easy to get curls. Please note, they will not be the smooth curls you get by using heat but it will be very close.

You can do a flat twist out (see link below on how to do flat twists). Do this on wet hair with mouse or gel. Once the hair is dry, take the twists out to present a curly look.

Please note, use a humidity product like frizz ease to keep her hair from getting puffy with the moisture in the air.
HI!!

Get a curling moose by Samy (in a yellow bottle) Now get hair rollers (plastic ones) and I usually get them in the 99 cent stores.

Put the moose in hair and use the hair rollers and either sleep with it on over night or leave it on for about an hour.
